Position Summary:

The Archtics Coordinator will work closely with the Archtics Director, along with the Senior Coordinators, and full Ticket Operations team to fulfill the vision for all things within the department. The Archtics Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating with internal and external customers to fulfill ticket requests and assist the Kraken and Climate Pledge Arena sales team with their ticket-related issues. The Archtics Coordinator will fulfill event night responsibilities as assigned by ticket operations Point of Contact (POC) and Climate Pledge Arena Box Office Manager. The Archtics Coordinator will also work closely with the Climate Pledge Arena Hospitality team on arena tours.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Assist with Box Office management, ticket resolution, and settlement procedures during Kraken and other Climate Pledge Arena events.
  • Work with Kraken, Climate Pledge Arena, Kraken Community Iceplex, and Coachella Valley ticket operations staff to ensure standardization within the Archtics database.
  • Maintain knowledge and assist other departments with projects involving 3rd party integrations that affect the Archtics database such as IOMedia, Kore, Salesforce, Fevo, GiveX, our Kraken app, Entry, Park Hub, etc.
  • Build and manage events in the Archtics database for Climate Pledge Arena events.
  • Execute and continually seek to improve the process for all ROFR and Presale opportunities for approved groups and premium spaces.
  • In conjunction with the Climate Pledge Arena Box Office team, maintain a thorough QA process for all event builds within the Archtics database and the Ticketmaster host system.
  • Assist with building promo codes and special offers for events at Climate Pledge Arena.
  • Provide excellent customer service with efficient ticketing procedures, prompt responses to requests or communication, and coordination with all departments to resolve guest concerns and seat discrepancies.
  • Work in coordination with the Sales, Marketing, Finance & Sponsorship Departments to execute events and fulfill company-wide goals.
  • Coordinate with other departments in fulfilling ticket requests for internal and external customers.
  • Assist sales team by monitoring Salesforce service cases and various service-oriented Slack channels.
  • Perform all other duties as assigned.
  • Maintain good attendance and punctuality.

Required Experience & Qualifications:

  • At least one year of experience with the Ticketmaster suite of products including Archtics, Account Manager, TM1, and Mobile Technology.
  • Candidate must be able to successfully handle multiple priorities in occasional high stress situations.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
  • Position requires the ability to accommodate a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as well as being able to perform in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
  • Candidate must also have the ability to work with the public and possess conflict resolution skills.
  • An ability to consistently complete tasks within a deadline.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with an expert ability to present and communicate new ideas and concepts.
  • Extremely organized and detail oriented, resourceful, quick learner and able to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • A high degree of personal integrity and consistently put the interests of the organization first.
  • Must be a fierce communicator and cross-organizational collaborator.

Preferred Experience & Qualifications:

  • Candidate should be up to date on the latest industry trends for ticketing that can help drive the department to be at the forefront of other teams and arenas in North America.
  • Experience with other sports teams or concert venues is highly desirable.

Total Rewards Package:

  • Compensation:
    • In accordance with Washington’s Equal Pay and Opportunity Act, the starting pay range for this position is $23.50-$25/hr. The full range for this level is $23.50-$26/hr. Actual base pay will depend on employee’s experience and other job-related factors permitted by law

Working Conditions:

  • This role is based on-site in our Seattle office and requires work to be performed in person. However, we do value flexibility as the business will allow, and offer occasional opportunities to work from home.
  • Minimal Travel (<10% travel): May be required to travel. Trips may require air travel and/or overnight stay away from home for one or more nights.
  • Must be able to work a flexible schedule inclusive of weekends, nights and holidays required
  • Frequent bending, lifting 15-20 pounds, sitting, exposure to multiple external elements, extensive walking through the building including inclines and stairs.
