Team Overview:

The Corporate Partnerships team focuses on the entire journey of developing a corporate partner through the sales funnel and culminating in a high level of service and activation. Our organization prides itself on partners with shared values and blue-chip brands and works hard to deliver a high return on their investment.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Track and analyze partnership performance including online exposure, events, and game day elements for partners.
  • Assist in planning and executing contractual partnership elements.
  • Assist in lead development and research to provide support to sales team.
  • Track and manage corporate partner promotions and prize fulfillment both during and outside of events.
  • Make all necessary deliveries and fulfill internal and external requests in a timely manner.
  • Attend and participate in weekly departmental corporate partnership meetings.
  • Support corporate partnerships team with other duties and projects as assigned.

  • An in depth understanding of the corporate sales process and what the lifecycle of a corporate partner looks like.
  • How to plan, execute, and manage partnership activations from inception to completion.
  • Gain experience interacting with executives of major businesses.
  • How to support a team with various needs from design work to ticket management to event support.
  • What it’s like to work in a fast-paced, highly visible professional sports environment.

Qualifications:

  • Ability to work independently without supervision, be self-directed and demonstrate initiative.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects to support high-level partners.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Extremely organized and detail oriented, resourceful, quick learner and able to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • A high degree of personal integrity and consistently put the interests of the organization first.

Compensation & Perks:

  • In accordance with Washington’s Equal Pay and Opportunity Act, the pay range for the position is $20-$22/hr. Actual base pay will depend on the employee’s experience and other job-related factors permitted by law.

Working Conditions:

  • This role is based on-site in our Seattle office and requires work to be performed in person. However, we do value flexibility as the business will allow, and offer occasional opportunities to work from home.
  • Minimal Travel (<10% travel): May be required to travel. Trips may require air travel and/or overnight stay away from home for one or more nights.
  • Must be able to work a flexible schedule inclusive of weekends, nights and holidays required
  • Frequent bending, lifting 15-20 pounds, sitting, exposure to multiple external elements, extensive walking through the building including inclines and stairs.
