Team Overview:

Our Sales & Service teams serve as the front line between the organization and our fans. Our job is to be able to speak directly with our fans, listen to their feedback and provide them with world class service while also cognizant of upsell opportunities. In sales, we live by the philosophy that we are never sold out! We operate with a true hybrid model – our team is trained to both sell and service our clients.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Come with a positive attitude and be ready to work!
  • Building Student Rush pipelines from local colleges and universities – including meeting with various on-campus organizations to get full buy-in to launch 24-25 Kraken Student Rush during Fall orientation.
  • Assist in fulfillment of group tickets and earned incentives.
  • Prospect new B2B clients for Club Seat sales team.
  • Provide support for implementation and distribution of FEVO offers.
  • Provide support and ideas for streamlining tech stack processes – make us better!

Qualifications:

  • Ability to work well within a team environment, yet comfortable completing tasks independently.
  • Self-starter with the ability to be creative within a structured environment.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with an ability to present and communicate new ideas and concepts.
  • Extremely organized and detail oriented, resourceful, quick learner and able to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • A high degree of personal integrity and consistently put the interests of the organization first.

Working Conditions:

  • This role is based on-site in our Seattle office and requires work to be performed in person. However, we do value flexibility as the business will allow, and offer occasional opportunities to work from home.
  • Minimal Travel (<10% travel): May be required to travel. Trips may require air travel and/or overnight stay away from home for one or more nights
  • Must be able to work a flexible schedule inclusive of weekends, nights and holidays required
  • Frequent bending, lifting 15-20 pounds, sitting, exposure to multiple external elements, extensive walking through the building including inclines and stairs
