About the role

We’re looking for a CRM Lead to join our newly formed digital team. You will deliver the clubs CRM strategic roadmap, delivering the strategy and execution of CRM initiatives. You will focus on fan behaviour, developing personalised experiences by designing and optimising the end-to-end fan journey across all touch points. You will ensure that every interaction drives continuous improvement, enhancing fan engagement, loyalty and satisfaction.

Your impact

You will have extensive experience in CRM and fan engagement, preferably within the sports, entertainment or media industries, with a proven track record of developing and executing successful CRM strategies focused on customer or fan journeys.

You will have strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data using insights to inform decision making and optimise fan journeys. You will be proficient with ESP tools and platforms.

With excellent communication and project management skills, you are a strong team player with the ability to work cross functionally, with the ability to engage fans and enhance their experience with the brand.

About the team

You will work for our Head of Digital and will manage a CRM team. You will work collaboratively with the growing digital team and the wider, Brand, Marketing and Digital media team.
