In our brand-new role of Services Office Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective policies, processes and organising large rota systems to achieve the highest standards across our three main sites.
You’ll work collaboratively with the Cleaning Manager to oversee the day-to-day supervision of staff and support the wider venue operations team.
Work alongside the Cleaning Manager, you will develop and implement the Departments Operational Plan to ensure services are delivered to the highest standard and objectives are met. You will develop and implement effective Stock Control and Management processes, along with implementing an audit process so that regular checks are conducted, and insights used to continuously improve services and allow you to make recommendations to deliver the best service.
You will have significant experience working in a similar operational role, with experience of managing and structuring large teams. You will have strong communication and organisational skills and preferably have knowledge of the industry including chemicals, machinery and health and safety. You will have experience of working on IT systems and efficient in Word and Excel to organise and track rotas and stock control.
You will be educated to GCSE level or equivalent, with a C grade in Maths and English along. It would also be brilliant if you had relevant industry training in C.O.S.H.H or B.I.C but this is not a deal breaker.
