The Purpose:
To provide finance and administration support for the Manchester United Foundation finance function including the administration of the VIEWS database.

The Role:

  • Maintain effective housekeeping of the Views M&E system; removing duplicates, maintain value lists and general clean ups etc.
  • Support staff in using the system including staff training/coaching on VIEWS system.
  • To run progress reports and stats checks as required by delivery departments and executive management; and on a weekly and monthly basis. As well as updating the dashboard.
  • Prepare final Participant Data for use in Statutory Accounts and annual Impact report.
  • E-file all consent forms/letters as required both within VIEWS and hard copy forms.
  • Assist in administration of contract database and filing using Docusign system.
  • Assist in the preparation of the annual kit order.
  • Assist Finance & Compliance team as required eg. raise Purchase Orders.
  • Prepare manual payments ensuring all relevant approvals are sought and backup is saved as appropriate.


The Person:

  • Willingness to learn and develop in the role.
  • A proactive and well organised approach to work.
  • An ability to multi-task and prioritise workload.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, verbal and listening.
  • An excellent understanding of all Microsoft office packages, in particular Word and Excel.
