We are looking for a passionate Senior Purchase Ledger Administrator to provide essential support to our Purchase Ledger Supervisor within a dynamic team of six.

The Role:

  • Assist in processing payment runs, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Monitor and track task completion within Medius through a weekly dashboard, identifying and addressing outstanding items promptly.
  • Mentor and support Purchase Ledger administrators to enhance their capabilities.
  • Share knowledge and skills to empower the team in performing their roles effectively.
  • Take charge of Green reporting to ensure the Club's adherence to regulations.
  • Uphold regulatory compliance standards and contribute to maintaining a strong financial foundation.

The Person:
We are looking for someone who:

  • Proven experience in a similar role, showcasing expertise in purchase ledger administration.
  • Strong knowledge of financial systems and processes.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining accuracy in financial records.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues.
  • Studying towards a financial qualification - desirable
  • Some systems administration experience - desirable
