About the role

We’re looking for an individual to join our Pay, Reward and People Services team where you will manage and deliver a range of People Services and functions, ensuring alignment with the club’s strategic goals, focusing on improving processes, enhancing employee experience and delivering operational excellence across functions such as payroll, benefits, onboarding, recruitment and compliance.

You will Lead, manage and develop the People Services team, setting clear objectives and performance expectations for the team, conducting regular reviews and providing constructive feedback

Your impact

You will have experience in People Services orientated department, leading teams, managing workloads, and mentoring staff as well as strong understanding of People Service processes, systems, self service automation.

About the team

Joining our Pay Reward and People Services team, you will report to our Head of Payroll, Reward and People Services and will be responsible for our People Services Administrator and Apprentice.

You will work closely with our wider People Team such as Resourcing, HR and Learning & Development to ensure consistent support for all employees.
