Primary responsibility is to support the Manager, Ticket Operations in ticket office operations and its staff as well as perform supervisory duties in the absence of the Manager, Ticket Operations. Candidates must be willing to work event-based hours including nights, weekends, and holidays as the ballpark’s schedule requires.

This position will be located on-site at BayCare Ballpark in Clearwater, FL.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Responsible for servicing accounts and providing unsurpassed customer service.
Resolve guest ticket issues by phone and in person before the season and during games.
Process payments, print and distribute tickets, and process daily sales reports.
Join the phone bank to assist with incoming calls when necessary.
Troubleshoot any ticket issues (reprints, credits, etc.) in a timely and responsible fashion.
Assist with Spring Training and Threshers season account renewals.
Follow and implement all team sales programs, themes, promotions, and events.
Seek out and provide necessary information to representatives.
Assist in the supervision of gameday personnel
Assist with the training and scheduling of part-time staff.
Assist with payroll operations.
Help maintain a safe, clean, professional working environment.
Assist with call and/or ticket reporting.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor’s degree or working toward
1-2 seasons working for a minor league team; ticket office experience a plus
Strong attention to detail, communication, prioritization, and organization skills
Excellent problem-solving skills & ability to multi-task
Excellent communication skills; customer service-oriented
Proficient with MS Word, Excel; ProVenue experience preferred
