JOB SUMMARY
The Operations Services Staff is responsible for assisting guests with special needs around the ballpark via wheelchair. Also assisting in our Guest Services locations with guest and staff needs.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Transport guests who need assistance via wheelchair pre & post-game.
- Assist the Guest Services stations around the ballpark.
- Provide exemplary customer service to all guests.
QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS
- Ability to be independent and responsible without constant supervision.
- Constant attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask.
- Ability to work in a high activity and heavily crowded environment.
- Communicate effectively with guests and other employees.
- Maintain a positive attitude and pleasant demeanor.
- Occasional lifting and/or moving up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to work in all types of weather (cold, heat, rain, etc.).
- Employment is contingent upon successful completion of an FBI fingerprint clearance and a criminal background check.
