The Role of Rehab Strength & Conditioning Coach
We require an experienced strength & conditioning coach to play a key role in the return to play process of 1st Team players. The successful applicant will work closely with performance and medical staff to develop and implement world leading injury rehabilitation systems. The role will also involve collaboration in creating processes and delivery of individual 1st Team strength & conditioning processes.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience delivering strength & conditioning services to elite field-based athletes. A deep understanding of the injury rehabilitation process, as well as the ability to work effectively within a multi-disciplinary team is essential. Previous experience utilising various testing and monitoring technology such as VALD and STATSports is highly desirable.
