The Role
We are looking for a Catering Assistant to successfully provide an efficient and consistent service throughout our restaurants, based on catering needs and requirements.
You will be fully responsible for assisting in the service of food, maintaining high standards of customer service, cleanliness and hygiene at all times.
Please note: this role will involve working flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.

Your day-to-day
- Champion excellent catering service - you will prepare and serve at key mealtimes, reporting back to our main kitchen on food provision levels to ensure continuity of service at our facilities
- Maintain Health and Safety and cleanliness - you will attentively clean and reset the restaurant between mealtimes, ensuring that the safety and security of players is taken into consideration at all times
- Provide confidentiality at all times - you will ensure that complete confidentiality is maintained in relation to all information across our club, clients, staff and players
- Proactively support all facilities - you’ll have a can do, positive attitude showing willing to assist in other areas based on the business needs
What we are looking for
- Proven experience in a similar catering environment - you will have substantial experience working within a similar catering environment and experience with manual handling
- Customer focused approach - you will demonstrate excellent customer service within your role and possess strong customer focused and interpersonal skills
- Flexibility - you will have availability to work weekends and evenings as required 5 days a week
