JOB SUMMARY
The Incident Report Team is responsible for assisting with incident report entry for various types of issues that occur throughout the ballpark via our incident management software.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Document all incidents that occur at the ballpark: security, medical, fan or building issues.
- Input detailed information into the incident management system.
- Respond to radio calls.
- Provide exemplary customer service to all guests.
- Assist security guards at all positions.
QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS
- Comfortable with two-way radios, iPads, computers, and other technology.
- Ability to be independent and responsible without constant supervision.
- Constant attention to detail and strong writing skills.
- Ability to multitask.
- Ability to work in a high activity and heavily crowded environment.
- Communicate effectively with guests and other employees.
- Maintain a positive attitude and pleasant demeanor.
- Ability to work in all types of weather (cold, heat, rain, etc.).
- Employment is contingent upon successful completion of an FBI fingerprint clearance and a criminal background check.
