THE POSITION

The Ticketing Training Specialist will report directly to the Head of Ticketing Operations and will be a key member of the FIFA26 Ticketing and Hospitality team. This position will involve close collaboration with both the local and Zurich-based Ticketing Operations teams, as well as other key stakeholders, to plan and deliver world-class training for the Ticketing operations teams for the FIFA World Cup 2026

The main responsibilities and oversights of the Ticketing Training Specialist for the FIFA World Cup 26β„’ include:
β€’ Develop and design engaging e-learning content Rapid Authoring Tool(s) such as Adobe Captivate or similar.
β€’ Adapt existing training materials to e-learning formats, ensuring content is current and relevant.
β€’ Collaborate with Ticketing Operations experts to gather information and ensure the accuracy of training modules.
β€’ Support other Ticketing teams in their training planning in relation to the e-learning tool.
β€’ Support Ticketing Operations teams in designing and delivering face to face training content and supporting resources.
β€’ Integrate and manage e-learning content within the Learning Management System (LMS).
β€’ Ensure all e-learning modules are accessible and user-friendly for a diverse audience.
β€’ Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments and feedback.
β€’ Provide technical support and troubleshooting for e-learning modules and LMS issues
β€’ Maintain comprehensive documentation of all training materials and development processes.
β€’ Coordinate with the IT department to ensure seamless operation of e-learning platforms.
β€’ Ensure compliance with organizational standards and industry regulations in all training content.
β€’ Conduct regular reviews and updates of e-learning content to maintain relevance and effectiveness.
β€’ Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in e-learning and instructional design.
β€’ Support general ticketing operations for other FIFA events as required

YOUR PROFILE

Education & Qualifications
β€’ Bachelor's degree or similar level of education ideally in Education, Instructional Design, Educational Technology, Human Resources, or a related field.
β€’ Ability to adapt to working with different environment and time zones
β€’ A Master's degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, or a related field is preferred but not required.
β€’ Certifications in e-learning development tools (e.g., Adobe Captivate, Articulate Storyline) are a plus.

Work Experience
β€’ Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in instructional design, e-learning development, or a similar role.
β€’ Experience in collaborating with subject matter experts and stakeholders to develop effective training programs.
β€’ Experience in project management and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
β€’ Previous experience in a corporate training environment or within the event/sports industry relevant to the hiring organization is advantageous.

Languages
β€’ Fluent in English and Spanish. Any other language is a plus.

Technology
β€’ Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio & Project) and planning software and online collaboration tools
β€’ Proven experience in creating and managing e-learning content using platforms such as Adobe Captivate, Articulate Storyline, or similar tools.
β€’ Demonstrated experience in integrating e-learning content into Learning Management Systems (LMS).
