The Accounts Payable Coordinator is responsible for receiving vendor invoices through our capture system and distributing them to the correct department for expense coding & approval. The Accounts Payable Coordinator coordinates payments for vendor invoices & ensures they are paid timely and accurately.

Functions & Responsibilities:

  • Receive, review & process incoming invoices, check requests & expense reports
  • Work with departments to get invoices coded and approved for payment
  • Conduct research as needed for any missing or outstanding invoices
  • Manage invoice capture
  • Maintain vendor files
  • Other duties assigned to assist the overall Finance department


  • Bachelorโ€™s Degree in Finance/Accounting, or any equivalent combination of experience and training which provides the knowledge and abilities necessary to perform the work is acceptable
  • Attention to detail, accuracy, and organization
  • Effective communication in both written and verbal form
  • High integrity and ethical standards
  • Must always maintain professionalism and be comfortable and capable of working with others

Salary Range: $24.50/hr. - $26.50/hr.
