Reporting organisationally to the Procurement Senior Manager, the Procurement Specialist will be a key member of the FIFA26 Finance team, and work in close collaboration with the functional areas and other key individuals responsible for delivering efficiencies and support along the Procue-to-Pay process.
The main responsibilities and oversights of the Procurement Specialist for the FIFA World Cup 26™ include:
• Operational procurement activities such as PO creation / modification
• Coordinate SAP data (Procurement and Technology, and internal clients)
• Create reportings and KPI maintenance
• First level support for users
• RFP admin support (e.g. publishing of RFP’s, consolidation of responses)
• Enter and manage database for contract information in SAP
• Adherence checks to drive compliance
Education & Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or similar field and level of higher education
Work Experience
• Minimum 2 years of work experience in a similar role required
• Understanding of contract elements (dates, taxes, amount, etc.) and contract language
• Ensure adherence to quality standards, deadlines, and compliance.
Languages
• Fluent in English. Spanish and/or French proficiency is a plus
Technology
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio & Project) and planning software and online collaboration tools
• Good SAP MM knowledge
• Knowledge of DocuSign is an asset.
