Position Summary:
Climate Pledge Arena and the Seattle Kraken are seeking highly motivated, coachable individuals who are passionate about contributing to the overall mission of the organization. The Account Executive, Membership Service is responsible for providing exceptional service to our existing season ticket members. In addition to meeting daily metric goals, the AE, Membership Service is responsible for renewing their assigned season ticket member accounts. As a team, we’re committed to the process of developing our Account Executives on both a personal and professional level. This position will have an emphasis on selling to existing book of business that will utilize hospitality as a means to create business, entertain clients, reward customers and build their company culture with hosting their staff. The position will be an advocate for business development and a positive disrupting force in our community with a relentless drive for success measured in results. This is a full-time position.

Essential Functions:

Fan Relationship Management

  • Engage with and develop foundational relationships with fans to provide quality service and ensure season ticket member retention.
  • Gather information from regular touchpoints to identify fan needs.
  • Utilize phone, text, email, and in-person touchpoints to provide support.
  • Ensure the customer is current on ticketing technologies provided.

Account Planning

  • Drive conversations with fans that present the strategic alignment between the fan objectives and support a long-term strategy for ticket utilization.
  • Provide account planning tools to fans.

Upsell and Cross-Sell

  • Use regular service touchpoints to help identify growth opportunities to sell group tickets, season ticket add-ons and Kraken suite rentals.
  • Pursue business results with a non-stop forecheck mentality.

Required Experience & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of education, work experience, and/or military service
  • Relentless pursuit for excellence, determination, and creativity

  • Strong verbal and listening skills, with an expert ability to present and communicate new ideas and concepts

Total Rewards Package:

Compensation:

  • In accordance with Washington’s Equal Pay and Opportunity Act, the expected pay rate for this position is $27.50/hr. Actual base pay will depend on employee’s experience and other job-related factors permitted by law.

Working Conditions:

  • Minimal Travel (<10% travel): May be required to travel. Trips may require air travel and/or overnight stay away from home for one or more nights
  • Must be able to work a flexible schedule inclusive of weekends, nights and holidays required
  • Frequent bending, lifting 15-20 pounds, sitting, exposure to multiple external elements, extensive walking through the building including inclines and stairs
