The Experiential Marketing and Game Presentation Intern will support both the Director, Experiential Marketing and the Associate Manager, Game Presentation in developing and executing year-round, fan-facing experiences and game entertainment that align with the Rams business objectives and key tentpole moments. The role will support the day-to-day operational needs including planning, producing and timely execution of initiatives surrounding Draft, Training Camp, season kickoff, game days at SoFi Stadium, game days in LA supporting watch parties while the Rams are on the road, youth programs, multicultural programs and additional off-season experiences.

Responsibilities
- Support the concept ideation, development and production of game presentation and experiential marketing strategies to help grow the Rams fanbase
- Support production and execution of year-round events, activations and home games
- With the support of the Director of Experiential Marketing, oversee all team operations and planning of Rams House Hype initiatives which includes scheduling, costuming, audition, tracking inbound requests and accurately communicating game day and event logistics
- Collaborate cross-departmentally as needed with creative, community, partnerships, operations, ticketing and communications and ensure alignment with internal stakeholders as needed
- Assist with managing relationships with vendors and partners to ensure smooth execution of events and game days
- Create detailed recap decks with data and photos of all Experiential Marketing lead events
- Support load-in and load-out of activations at all events and game days
- Develop planning and post-event recap decks and documents for campaigns and activations
- Assist with maintaining timelines with consideration for each phase, contingencies and dependencies
- Assist with the planning and execution of the NFL Fan of the Year program with our Partnerships team
- Support game day stage managers with live performances and talent logistics
- Represent the brand at various events, interacting with fans and brand ambassadors
- Perform other duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS
- University or College degree
- Ideal majors: Marketing, Communications, Hospitality Management, or a related field
- Eager to learn and continually seeking new ways to grow
- Experience executing marketing campaigns and/or events is preferred
- Must be a team player with excellent verbal/written communication skills
- Excellent organizational and project management skills
- Experience project managing and maintaining timelines
- Knowledge of talent and entertainment trends
- Must be able to effectively work in a fast-paced environment and juggle multiple projects
- Creative problem solver with strong attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Previous experience in sports and entertainment is a bonus, passion for the industry is a must
- This is not a summer internship; it will last 9 months (commitment of 40 hours/week)
- Must be based in Los Angeles and able to drive
- Must be able and willing to work non-traditional hours, in non-traditional settings. This includes working all home games, watch parties locally while the team is on the road, and off-season events which may include nights and weekends.
Salary: $16/hr.
