The Indianapolis Colts Foundation is seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our 50/50 raffle team during all Colts home games at Lucas Oil Stadium (August 2024 through end of the regular season: January 2025). You will be integrally contributing as a Colts team member and we will offer you real work experience in the sports industry with hands-on fan engagement opportunities.
This part-time opportunity is the best first step for anyone who is looking to break into the sports industry and is a true sports enthusiast striving to gain a better understanding of the business of sports. GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES
Colts 50/50 Raffle Staff will assist with various efforts of the team’s fan engagement at all home games. Primary responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
- Serve as a frontline fundraiser, raising money for the Colts Foundation and for other nonprofit organizations making an impact in Indiana.
- Interact with fans and encourage them to buy 50/50 raffle tickets.
- Be an ambassador for the Colts Foundation, which includes answering fan questions in relation to the partner brands and beneficiaries.
- Potentially assist with Indianapolis Colts charitable efforts as needed, including game day events, Community Ticket Block and Special Considerations.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
WHAT TO EXPECT
Colts 50/50 Raffle Staff play an important role in the Community Impact team and the Colts organization! Raffle Staff can expect the following on gamedays:
- Interaction with Colts staff members and fans at each Colts home game.
- Complimentary concessions cards and a 30-minute meal break.
- Custom 50/50 raffle uniform, opportunity to receive Colts gameday give-a-way items.
- Hourly pay (not eligible for benefits or overtime).
- End-of-season celebration (date and location TBD).
QUALIFICATIONS
- Recent graduate, undergraduate or the equivalent in work experience.
- Lives within driving distance of Lucas Oil Stadium.
- Required to attend all Colts home games during the pre-season and regular season:
- Sunday, August 11 at 1:00pm EDT vs. Denver Broncos
- Saturday, August 17 at 7:00pm EDT vs. Arizona Cardinals
- Sunday, September 8 at 1:00pm EDT vs. Houston Texans
- Sunday, September 22 at 1:00pm EDT vs. Chicago Bears
- Sunday, September 29 at 1:00pm EDT vs. Pittsburgh Steelers
- Sunday, October 20 at 1:00pm EDT vs. Miami Dolphins
- Sunday, November 10 at 1:00pm EDT vs. Buffalo Bills
- Sunday, November 24 at 1:00pm EDT vs. Detroit Lions
- Sunday, December 22 at 1:00pm EDT vs. Tennessee Titans
- TBD Date and Time vs. Jacksonville Jaguars

- Available to work at Lucas Oil Stadium for 6-12 hours on game days.
- Detail oriented, highly motivated, organized, with the ability to multi-task, be flexible and passionate about working in sports.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Ability to lift and move heavy objects.
- Ability to stand for long periods of time.
- Available to work nights, weekends and holidays.
