As the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Specialist you'll take a proactive and progressive approach to maintaining and optimizing the operational strategy of our CRM system. To excel in this position, strong communication and interpersonal skills are a must, alongside a solid grasp of CRM systems, data visualization tools, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.


DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Oversee and provide support for day-to-day operations crucial for maintaining cross-functional initiatives across the organization.
  • Offer ongoing support and assistance to users, addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues within the underlying system data or CRM reporting.
  • Recommend improvements to system operations and processes to continually streamline operations and enhance efficiency.
  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders to understand changing or new requirements and see the initiative through the research, development, testing, and implementation lifecycle.
  • Create comprehensive training materials and documentation to facilitate user adoption and knowledge transfer.
  • Develop and continuously refine reporting processes, ensuring accuracy, relevance, and efficiency in data analysis.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of 2+ years experience with a CRM software, including configuration, customization, and administration. (Salesforce experience preferred).
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate across teams and translate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Proven problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills.
  • Effective project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Experience with KORE PSS is a plus.
  • Experience with SQL is a plus.
  • Experience with analytical and reporting tools such as Tableau or DOMO is a plus.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

  • This person must be able to communicate and express themselves both written and verbally.
  • This person must be able to observe, inspect, estimate, and assess.
  • This person must be able to sit or stand for long periods of time.
  • This person must be able to lift 20 lbs.
