Ticket Operations Manager


The Utah Jazz is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Ticket Operations Manager to join our team. As a Ticket Operations Manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the ticketing operations for the Utah Jazz and Salt Lake City Stars. You will oversee the day-to-day management of ticket sales, including season tickets, group sales, and single-game tickets. You will be responsible for ensuring that all sales transactions are processed accurately and in a timely manner, and that all customer service inquiries are handled efficiently and effectively.


  • Building and Maintaining Group, Mini and single game offers
  • Basketball Ops Support - Season & Single Game.
  • Build and Management of Salt Lake City Stars Season and games.
  • Assist in Premium all-inclusive contracts.
  • Working with Jazz Marketing to maintain brand image across all platforms.
  • Contact for Visiting and NBA Ticketing needs
  • Implementation of Dynamic Pricing schemes for single game sales
  • Single Game Premium, Partner and ticket builds and management.
  • Manage the Box office on Utah Jazz game nights.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key partners, including vendors, sponsors, and other stakeholders

  • 3+ years of experience in ticket operations, preferably in the sports industry
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in ticketing software, CRM systems, and Google Office Suite
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with other departments and stakeholders
  • Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as neededAdd education requirements.


  • This person must be able to communicate and express themselves both written and verbally.
  • This person must be able to observe, inspect, estimate and assess.
  • This person must be able to sit, stand, bend, walk, and climb stairs for long periods of time.
  • This person must be able to lift 20 lbs.
