JOB SUMMARY:

The Utah Jazz is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Ticket Operations Manager to join our team. As a Ticket Operations Manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the ticketing operations for the Utah Jazz and Salt Lake City Stars. You will oversee the day-to-day management of ticket sales, including season tickets, group sales, and single-game tickets. You will be responsible for ensuring that all sales transactions are processed accurately and in a timely manner, and that all customer service inquiries are handled efficiently and effectively.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Building and Maintaining Group, Mini and single game offers
Basketball Ops Support - Season & Single Game.
Build and Management of Salt Lake City Stars Season and games.
Assist in Premium all-inclusive contracts.
Working with Jazz Marketing to maintain brand image across all platforms.
Contact for Visiting and NBA Ticketing needs
Implementation of Dynamic Pricing schemes for single game sales
Single Game Premium, Partner and third party ticket builds and management.
Manage the Box office on Utah Jazz game nights.
Develop and maintain relationships with key partners, including vendors, sponsors, and other stakeholders

QUALIFICATIONS:

3+ years of experience in ticket operations, preferably in the sports industry
Strong organizational and project management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in ticketing software, CRM systems, and Google Office Suite
Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with other departments and stakeholders
Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as neededAdd education requirements.

This person must be able to communicate and express themselves both written and verbally.
This person must be able to observe, inspect, estimate and assess.
This person must be able to sit, stand, bend, walk, and climb stairs for long periods of time.
This person must be able to lift 20 lbs.
