Warehouse Associate (Part-Time)

Being a part of our Warehouse Team, means being on the front lines of getting products to our guests and stores within the Xcel Energy Center as quickly as possible to positively impact fellow team members and Wild fans. We are constantly doing good work, where process and problem solving drive our results, and attention to detail ensures the right products get to the right places on time. We are always striving to support our team to create an ever-evolving business.

As our Warehouse Associate, YOU WILL:

  • Manage our inventory. Assist in the management of receivables, deliverables, transfers, physical distribution and accurate input of inventory into our central inventory management system. But our work doesn’t just stop there. With stores located throughout our building, ensuring proper day-to-day stock levels are accurate, considering events and holidays.
  • Coordinate online/in-store fulfillment of orders. Your coordination of UPS and mail orders for shipping could include e-commerce, gift card purchases, or jersey orders. But you understand this is more than just putting a piece of merchandise in an envelope. You’re inspiring and engaging attitude is infectious and brings an excitement to each and every fulfillment knowing the impact the arrival of this order will have on our fans.
  • Solve problems as you see them. Our Warehouse team is focused on getting better every day and you’re at the center of all we do, so we expect that you don’t wait for permission, you seek out problems or inefficiencies in our processes, and solve them before we even know they’re there. You will help us find places that can be improved and work to create learning experiences that will close gaps and solve real business problems.


  • Driver (Legally). Sorry sports fans! As awesome as this job is, you need to be at least 16 years of age to join in all the fun.

  • In accordance with the ADA, this role requires sitting, walking, standing, bending, squatting, climbing, kneeling, twisting, lifting, grasping and the ability to lift up to 25-50 pounds on a regular basis, and occasionally up to 75 pounds.
  • This role will require some flexibility, for example arriving 2-2 ½ hours prior to an event and working until sales are completed. Additionally, this role will need to be willing to commute between the offsite and Xcel Energy Center warehouse spaces.
