JOB PURPOSE

We are looking for a First Team Video Scout to join our Senior Recruitment team. This role will be integral to our scouting process, working collaboratively to support the Club’s recruitment strategy. The position primarily focuses on video analysis to identify talent for both the Senior and Development teams.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Produce reports on players through video analysis for Senior and Development teams as needed.
Participate in departmental recruitment meetings.

MAIN JOB REQUIREMENTS AND PERSON SPECIFICATION

Education/Qualifications/Training:

Knowledge of international football leagues and market trends.
Experience in scouting and the identification/judgement of key criteria within a player’s profile
Experience using analysis and reporting tools (e.g. Wyscout).
Strong technical and tactical understanding of football.
Excellent analytical skills with strong attention to detail.
Ability to manage workload and meet tight deadlines.

Deisreable

Previous experience in elite-level sports scouting.
FA Talent Identification qualifications.
