Job Description:

Summary:

Manage day-to-day relationships with the designated corporate partners to ensure growth and development along with execution and fulfillment of elements including trademark and promotional rights, ballpark signage, on-site activation, media (television, print, radio, online), special events, community outreach, hospitality and more. This role will also be responsible for assisting in the managing and tracking of partner inventory, hospitality, and gifting as well as department storage.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate execution of assigned partner deliverables including in-stadium signage, television, and print advertising, promotional days, digital media, etc.

  • Manage gameday responsibilities for Partnerships team, including gameday activation plans, in-game activation coordination, in-game experiences, client hospitality, etc.

  • Maintain consistent high-level communication with the assigned partners, successfully understanding rationale behind partnership and yearly key performance indicators

  • Actively engage internal partners, consummating relationships across all departments, qualifying areas of sensitivity and supporting consistent, scheduled meetings

  • Initiate dialogue with organizational decision-makers to ascertain overall goals, directives, tactics, priority demographic and geographic segments and short, mid and long-term marketing plans to develop proposed growth strategy in conjunction with Strategy Team

  • Identify and develop new ideas and partner growth concepts relative to awareness, traffic driving, interactive and digital campaigns and hospitality

  • Respond timely to all partner requests, questions and concerns

  • Support evaluation, evolvement and implementation of analytics / measurement including ROI, behavioral and purchase tracking externally and billing, invoicing and revenue retention internally

  • Assist senior staff with other related day-to-day tasks in the management of partnership portfolio (planning, hospitality, cross-team functional support, etc..)

  • Work harmoniously with Corporate Development and Solutions to discuss expansion opportunities for assigned partners, as well as integration points for new and existing partners where applicable

  • Assist with the maintenance and upkeep of all necessary trackers, including inventory, ticket logs, signage, features, gifts, events/functions, hospitality, budget, etc.

  • Coordinate the necessary details for various hospitality events, including but not limited to: travel arrangements, venue selection, menu selection, contracting third party vendors, monitoring responses, ordering gifts and putting together the invitation suites

  • All other duties as assigned by the team

Qualifications:

  • Four-year college degree

  • 1-2 years business experience, ideally with a focus on client servicing within a professional sports team, corporate brand and/or agency

  • Must have strong written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills with the ability to communicate clearly with energy and enthusiasm

  • Must show strong teamwork and relationship building skills

  • Must show innovation, initiative, autonomy and a strong work ethic

  • Must have strong communication skills and ability to interact with C-level clients on a daily basis

  • Must be flexible and open to learning new skills

  • Must be able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously

  • Must be willing to work extended hours necessary to achieve personal and department goals

  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office products (Power Point, Word, Excel, Outlook), Adobe Photoshop, and CRM systems

  • Driver’s license required

Physical Demands:

  • While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand and walk for long periods of time. The employee is frequently required to sit and must regularly lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
