Job Description:
- Assist guests entering the NBT Bank Stadium parking lots for Syracuse Mets home games & extra events
- Direct guests to best available parking spaces to help maintain a well-parked lot
- Keep flow of traffic moving consistently & fill parking lot in most efficient way
- Parking Greeters are expected to stay for the duration of the game & upon exit, assist guests leaving by directing cars to exits & keep flow of traffic moving to maintain safety
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time
- Provide excellent customer service to guests at NBT Bank Stadium
- Answer questions to the best of your ability or help find the answer
- Provide directions to different locations around NBT Bank Stadium
- Provide assistance for any other need that may arise
- Assist in all other duties as needed
*Parking Greeters are part of the Local 200 union at NBT Bank Stadium – all parking greeters will have union dues deducted from their paycheck ($3/day).
The Syracuse Mets are looking for seasonal hourly staff members for various roles around the ballpark to deliver smiles and great gameday experiences to our guests. Ideal candidates have a flexible schedule for nights, weekends and holidays during the baseball season, and will attend guest service training in mid-March in preparation of the upcoming season.
