Position Summary:

The Minnesota Twins Call Center, located at Target Field, fields ticketing and guest relations calls pertaining to Spring Training, Regular Season, and Target Field non-baseball events. When receiving inbound calls, representatives will be tasked with assisting fans in accessing tickets on the MLB Ballpark App, fielding general fan concerns/questions regarding the Team, Target Field, and special events, and transferring calls to Front Office staff. Representatives will serve as key communicators and provide excellent customer service to our fans, representing the Minnesota Twins in a highly professional manner. Available position schedules may include days, evenings, weekends, and Holidays from January - October each year.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Process individual game ticket orders and facilitate other informational requests over the phone, while providing excellent customer service.

Essential Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Proficient skills and knowledge of computer programs including the following: MS Word, MS Excel, Okta, Zoom Contact Center, Ticket.com, ProVenue ticketing software (or equivalent), and various web browsers.
  • Previous customer service or call center experience required.
  • Ticket sales experience is preferred.
  • Ability to explain directions over the phone in an easy and understanding manner to assist fans with accessing digital tickets using the MLB Ballpark App.
  • Must have flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Possess excellent verbal communication skills with other co-workers and customers.
  • Must be well organized and detail oriented.
  • Ability to speak Spanish is a plus.

Physical Requirements:

  • Must be able to work in a seated position for extended periods of time.
  • Must be able to be productive utilizing a computer, keyboard and telephone.
  • Must be able to be productive in a work environment where the noise level can be high at times.
