RESPONSIBILITIES

The Director of Colts Productions is charged with leading the award-winning Colts Productions department. The ideal candidate will be able to lead by example with cutting edge cinematography and editing skills as well as proven leadership qualities such as communication and consensus building.

Manage the Colts Production team of Content Creation Specialists
Collaborate with content team verticals in Social Media, Graphic Design, Animation and Motion Graphics, Audio Initiatives & Game Presentation to ideate and execute a high standard of content creation
Conduct consistent brainstorming sessions to concept innovative video production content and execute them in a high quality and efficient manner
Work with sponsorship, ticketing, marketing, data and digital, football operations, community impact, ownership and more to fulfill all video production needs for the Indianapolis Colts
Develop a dynamic video production schedule for both the off-season and in-season ensuring that video content is a year-long and immersive experience for current and potential Colts fans

QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

5-7 years of management experience in video production
Advanced non-linear video editing, coloring and cinematography skillset and the ability to teach and coach those skills in a constructive fashion
A demonstrated ability to create content for social media and an understanding of the different platforms
Long form documentary style video experience – preferably in sports
Effective communication skills in both managing and willingness to accept, discuss and implement feedback
A demonstrated ability to work within a team environment across multiple creative verticals
A background in sports video production – preferably in the NFL, NCAA Football or professional sports
Be able to showcase a strong knowledge of the NFL
