The Indianapolis Colts are seeking an experienced full-time Creative Video Producer to assist with the day-to-day needs of the Colts Productions department. The ideal candidate will be one with a robust video production portfolio, strong work ethic, ability to thrive in a fast-paced workplace and a desire to continue to grow in the field.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Produce, shoot and edit engaging video content for all Colts' digital platforms
Shoot Colts' games, practices, events, and features
Shoot and edit Colts' Press Conferences
Shoot and edit Colts' community outreach events
Shoot and edit Colts' Podcasts
Collaborate with other departments to finish projects in a timely manner
Assist in media management and footage labeling
Travel for in-season road games as well as off-season feature productions

QUALIFICATIONS

College degree or equivalent work experience
4-6 years of professional video production experience (sports experience preferred).
Advanced non-linear video editing, coloring and cinematography skillset.
- Adobe Creative Suite
- Davinci Resolve or Lumetri Color
- Arri and Sony Cinema Camera eco-systems
A strong understanding of entire production process (pre-production, production, and post-production).
Effective communication skills in both managing and willingness to accept, discuss and implement feedback.
A demonstrated ability to work within a team environment and alongside multiple creative verticals.
Be able to showcase a strong knowledge of the NFL.
