THE POSITION

These are your key tasks:

  • Contribute to strategic development and planning
  • Allocate and monitor resources efficiently (budgets, personnel, equipment)
  • Oversee and manage the coordination of logistics for events and venues
  • Facilitate internal and external communication
  • Ensure team compliance with policies and regulations
  • Manage team budgets and financial reporting
  • Optimise administrative processes and practices
  • Manage employee records and address disputes
  • Guide the team through process and system changes
  • Address team issues and implement solutions
  • Conduct candidate screenings and interviews, collaboration with hiring managers for offers
  • Maintain employment (freelance) contracts and legal compliance standards
  • Manage team mailbox and AI comment functions for external inquiries and responses
  • Assist the Director of Global Football Development for team communication and coordination

The specific competencies we require for this position are:

  • Good organisational skills and high-quality standards

  • Fluent in English, Proficiency in any other FIFA language (F / ES / GER) is an asset
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio & Project)
  • Willingness to travel
  • Pro-active, taking initiative and ability to work independently to a high standard
