Coordinator, Fleet, FIFA World Cup 2026

Reporting organisationally to the Senior Manager, Fleet Management Transport, the Coordinator, Fleet will be a key member of the FIFA26 Fleet Management team, and work in close collaboration with the Office management team, Transportation team and other key individuals responsible for coordinating the FWC 2026 Long-term fleet at HQ and HC Offices.

THE POSITION

The main responsibilities and oversights of the Coordinator, Fleet for the FIFA World Cup 26™ include:

• Inspects and evaluates fleet Vehicles, and maintains records of vehicles inspections, assignments, and usage.
• Ensure that the Long-Term Vik Vehicles in all Host Cities are following the Manufacture Maintenance Program.
• Coordinate unscheduled Fleet Maintenance and repairs.
• Coordinate Fleet Maintenance and repairs.
• Performs in-service receipt, registration, and delivery of fleet vehicle.
• Open and follow-up Insurance Claims in case of accidents or damages.
• Keep the Fleet management system updated and follow up.
• Coordinate Vehicle Pool booking process.
• Analyzes, makes recommendations, and prepares operational reports for the solution of fleet issues.
• Control and report consumables usages such as Fuel, Cleaning and Tol.
• Report on non-conformities and misuse of the Vehicles.
• Performs other related Flee Coordinator Job Duties as required.

YOUR PROFILE

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in a related Field.
• Associate’s degree with comparable experience.
• Fleet management practices
• Insurance claims procedures
• Basic knowledge of vehicle specification, applicable federal, state, and local laws, codes and regulations
• Relevant experience in Rent a Car business is a differential.
• Fluent in English. Spanish and/or French proficiency is a plus
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio & Project) and planning software and online collaboration tools
