JOB SUMMARY:

Reporting to the Manager of Creative Solutions & Strategy,the ‘2024-25 Seasonal Assistant, Creative Solutions & Strategy’ will manage the development and production of partner-related creative materials, including but not limited to: creative decks, photography, videography, graphics, and mocks.

*** This is a temporary position from September 2024 - June 2025, that will work onsite at Rocket Mortgage FieldHouse approx. 40 hours per week.

PAY RATE: $15.00/HR START DATE: September 9th, 2024

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Collaborate with and support all Partnership Marketing, Development, and Activation team members on the development of creative for sales decks, renewals, presentations, recap videos, activation videos, etc.
  • Work closely with Partnership Marketing, New Business Development, and Activation representatives to make sure that the workflow is supporting the timelines and creative/strategic needs of the projects and partners.
  • Ideate and collaborate with Partnership Marketing Representatives and their Partners to build integrated and customized creative projects in order to fulfill contractual obligations and ensure partner satisfaction.
  • Ideate and collaborate with New Business Development Representatives to build integrated and customized creative platforms for their prospects.
  • Work with Partnership Marketing and Development teams to efficiently and proficiently prepare content for sales presentations.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • To be considered for this role, please submit a portfolio of your previous digital marketing or graphic design work (this can be a URL on your resume, an additional attached document, etc.)
  • Bachelor's Degree from a four-year College or University (or currently pursuing a BS Degree) in graphic design, digital marketing, or a related field.
  • Working knowledge of desktop publishing, especially the Microsoft and Adobe Suites.
  • Background and hands-on experience in graphic design and layout.
  • Ability to communicate and collaborate with a diverse group of colleagues.
  • Flexible, motivated, and equipped to work in an environment of rapid change.
  • High-level of creativity and ability to organize with attention to details, usability, and branding.
  • Ability to thrive in a deadline-driven environment.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills.
  • Highly motivated, creative, and able to communicate interdepartmentally.
