Surveillance Officer (Full-Time) 2024-25 Season

JOB SUMMARY:

Under the direction of the 'Safety/Security Sergeants', the Surveillance Officer (Full-Time) protects company assets and maintains the integrity of Rocket Mortgage FieldHouse and surrounding areas using clandestine surveillance operations.

Available Shift:2nd shift (3pm-11pm)

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Perform regular visual patrol of RMFH and affiliate locations.
• Ensure the safety and security of all guests, team members and VIPs who enter the building.
• Protects Rocket Mortgage FieldHouse equipment, materials and structures throughout the work schedule.
• Provides regular security functions within Rocket Mortgage FieldHouse and related areas prior to, during, and after all events.
• Performs watch-tours and building safety checks, reporting any violations.
• Monitors camera system (CCTV) and dispatch officers when needed.
• Performs other related duties as assigned by the Security Director and Managers.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Must have a high school diploma or GED equivalent certificate.
• Must have availability to work 3:00-11:00pm on weekdays and weekends as scheduled. Hours may vary on occasion.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Must pass a background check.
• Previous security/surveillance experience preferred, but not required.
• Experience with clandestine surveillance operations preferred, but not required.
• OPOTA certificate preferred but not required.
• Must posses a high-level of professionalism.
• Must be punctual, dependable and respectful at all times while on duty.
