JOB SUMMARY:
Under the direction of the 'Safety/Security Sergeants', the Surveillance Officer (Full-Time) protects company assets and maintains the integrity of Rocket Mortgage FieldHouse and surrounding areas using clandestine surveillance operations.
Available Shift:2nd shift (3pm-11pm)
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Perform regular visual patrol of RMFH and affiliate locations.
- Ensure the safety and security of all guests, team members and VIPs who enter the building.
- Protects Rocket Mortgage FieldHouse equipment, materials and structures throughout the work schedule.
- Provides regular security functions within Rocket Mortgage FieldHouse and related areas prior to, during, and after all events.
- Performs watch-tours and building safety checks, reporting any violations.
- Monitors camera system (CCTV) and dispatch officers when needed.
- Performs other related duties as assigned by the Security Director and Managers.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Must have a high school diploma or GED equivalent certificate.
- Must have availability to work 3:00-11:00pm on weekdays and weekends as scheduled. Hours may vary on occasion.
- Must have a valid driver’s license.
- Must pass a background check.
- Previous security/surveillance experience preferred, but not required.
- Experience with clandestine surveillance operations preferred, but not required.
- OPOTA certificate preferred but not required.
- Must posses a high-level of professionalism.
- Must be punctual, dependable and respectful at all times while on duty.
