The Chicago Bulls are seeking a highly motivated, organized and committed individual to fill the position of Partnership Marketing Associate for the upcomig season. As an Associate, you will have the opportunity to learn about partner service, activation, and retention, and participate in the planning and execution of partner agreements and events. We are seeking an organized and driven individual who is passionate about sponsorship, client service, and following current industry trends.

This position will start in September 2023 and continue until the conclusion of the 23-24 season.

Responsibilities:

In this role, you will learn hands-on the many facets of Partnership Marketing by fulfilling the following activities:

  • Assist and report day-to-day to the Partnership Marketing Senior Account Executive and collaborate with Partnership Marketing team on partnership fulfillment and department processes

  • Support game day activity including department ticket distribution, gameday credentials and passes, and parking requests

  • Coordinate department merchandise and gifting inventory and shipping

  • Track partner touchpoints and marketing activities and events in CRM

  • Organize activation photos and data for recaps throughout the season

  • Lead digital advertising trafficking process

  • Maintain Department storage areas

Additional responsibilities:

The Partnership Marketing Associate will also assist the department with:

  • Partner hospitality experiences including Chalk Talks, Court of Dreams, events and appearances

  • Off-site B2B, Community, and Marketing Events

  • Partnership Strategy & Insights projects and requests

  • Fulfillment of in-game activations and digital promotions

  • Creative and design projects and requests (brainstorms, invitations, recaps, proposals)

  • Client-facing and inter-department planning and status meetings

Qualifications:

This person should be an organized, efficient, collaborative self-starter with the following:

  • Bachelor’s degree

  • Background and/or interest in sales, marketing, communication, entertainment or sports

  • Creativity, curiosity, and positive energy

  • Strong operational efficiency, and proficiency in Microsoft Office suite

  • Strong work ethic with attention to detail, time management, and follow-through

  • Excellence in verbal and written communication

  • Flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays as needed

  • Valid driver’s license
