Creative Services Associate (23-24 Season)
Position Overview:
The Chicago Bulls Creative Services team is seeking a dedicated, creative, and passionate individual to join our team for the 2023-24 season as a Creative Services Associate. In this role, you will be given the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment and examine ideas (written and spoken) and convert them seamlessly into images, layouts and other designs. In addition, you will also have the opportunity to work with, and learn about current marketing campaigns, as well as collaborate daily with different departments to craft and execute creative projects.
This position will start in September 2023 and continue until the conclusion of the 23-24 season.
Key Responsibilities
Work on multiple creative projects at a time
Build visual aspects of marketing materials, including digital and print advertising
Collaborate with other departments to develop image mockups
Assist with developing creative graphics and visuals for product illustrations
Construct graphic designs utilizing software programs
Support the team by reviewing graphic designs to ensure accuracy before publishing or printing
Keep organized files and archives of all work
Qualifications
As the Associate, you will be a highly organized self-starter who works well across departments and has experience in short form content. In addition, you will have the following:
Strong communication skills (Both written and verbal) with a knack for communicating ideas clearly to a number of different audiences
Familiarity and experience working with both digital and print design
Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office
Highly organized, with attention to detail and strong time management skills
Ability to work quickly in a dynamic, team oriented environment
This role requires flexible work hours and may include work outside of normal office hours during the business week and on weekends.
