Position Overview
The Legal Intern position is designed to provide the participant with the opportunity to experience various job functions working alongside the Raiders’ in-house attorneys on the business side of the team’s operations. This internship is intended to be a comprehensive, hands-on experience in which the successful candidate will receive a first-hand look at how a professional sports team functions and all day-to-day issues and obstacles that must be navigated by in-house counsel.
The Legal Intern will support the Legal department by assisting with multiple functional workstreams and projects including drafting and reviewing a variety of agreements pertaining to ticket sales and seat licenses, sponsorships, real estate, general commercial matters, and stadium operations, and researching and analyzing issues involving employment law, intellectual property, NFL compliance, and any relevant statutory laws as needed.
This part-time, seasonal internship is an on-site role based in Henderson/Las Vegas, Nevada, running from June 2nd, 2025, to August 8th, 2025. Candidates must be available to work for the entire duration of the program. Interns are responsible for securing their own housing and transportation for the length of the internship.
