Hours: To work all home matches for the 24/25 season. Additional hours available throughout the season on non-matchdays.

We are on the hunt for a pool of candidates to help us deliver legendary customer service experiences for our amazing fan base. You will play a crucial part in ensuring our fans have an unforgettable matchday experience, from processing bookings on the phone to serving fans at our ticket collect booths. We take our customer service seriously and our fans are at the heart of everything we do.
Your customer service background
If you have experience in working in a fast-paced customer service environment and are looking to further your career in this field, then we would love to hear from you. Our ideal candidate will have experience of working in a customer service or sales environment.
Due to the nature of the role, it is unlikely that you will be able to watch the match – please be aware of this if you are currently a season ticket holder. There are additional hours during the weekdays and non-matchdays and busy periods will also be available.
