An opportunity to join our analysis team in our women & girl’s department

Here at Brighton we have very high standards and we are looking for someone to come and run with us to ensure we are striving to always be the best. You will use data to generate insights on areas such as upcoming opposition and post-match analysis and present any trends and patterns to the first team coaching staff. To enable the first team staff to get the best out of our women’s players, you will analyse training clips to aid with match preparation and their continuous development.

Your analyst background

You will be a team player and be someone who looks for continuous improvement in themselves and others. Successful applicants will have a relevant sports science degree and at least two years in a performance analysis role, working with elite professionals. Applicants must have strong knowledge of using Sportscode software and will possess excellent IT skills to include video-editing skills and a high level of competence using Excel, Word and PowerPoint skills.

This is a full time role and due to the nature of the position, the successful candidate must have a flexible approach to working hours to include regular evenings and weekends, plus travel as required.
