Florida Ticket Operations and Fan Services Representative

TICKET OPERATIONS AND FAN SERVICES REPRESENTATIVE

(Seasonal) – Baltimore Orioles (Sarasota, FL)

JOB SUMMARY:

This position provides daily administrative and operational support to the Florida Operations ticket office.

RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES:

• Assist in administration of all events within Tickets.com ProVenue software
• Assist in renewal process of Orioles Spring Training season tickets, flex plans and groups
• Sell individual game tickets utilizing Tickets.com ProVenue Software on both game and non-game days in the box office, in addition to printing and distribution of orders
• Learn and maintain knowledge of Ed Smith Stadium seating chart and club ticketing policies
• Service and interact with customers on a regular basis to answer general ballpark and ticket questions while providing outstanding customer service.
• Be highly proficient with My Orioles Tickets and the MLB Ballpark app
• Assist in street team, theme days and other promotional duties
• Other duties as assigned

EDUCATION:

High School Diploma required. College degree preferred.

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

• Ability to remain calm and focused during times of stress
• Prior ticketing experience is desired
• Excellent time management skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends, holidays
• Outstanding writing, presentation, and communication skills
• The ability to manage multiple simultaneous projects requiring frequent communication,
• Excellent organization/time management and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Outlook
