Alpine F1 Team have a new opportunity to join the team as a Financial Regulations Manager where you will be working within our busy Finance department at Enstone, Oxfordshire.

Financial Regulations Manager – The role

This position will have responsibility for Finance reporting and compliance activities, with a focus on Cost Cap and Internal Controls. You will Coordinate and prepare compliant submissions to the FIA as defined in the Financial Regulations, with support from the finance team, leading external audits on these submissions, liaising with the FIA and our external auditors and coordinate responses for queries and challenge. You will act as a subject matter expert for the regulatory framework and what this means for the business, build understanding throughout the wider team via training and workshops. You will follow new regulatory developments, assess the impacts and communicate these across the wider team, identifying opportunities to maximise our resources.

You will also have responsibility for assisting and advising with internal controls, including coordination across the team and ensuring that submissions and compliance are dealt with in a robust and efficient manne. You will ensure the control environment operates effectively across our budgetary, process, monetary, policies through checks and reporting and work with stakeholders to review existing controls, identify weaknesses and implement improvements.

Financial Regulations Manager – The person

The successful candidate will have proven technical ability; QBE qualified ACCA/CIMA/AAT and must place excellence and the delivery of service to our internal customers as a top priority. You will have outstanding communication skills, with the ability to deliver key messages at all levels with both financial and non-financial management, exceptional attention to detai006C and an engineering mindset. Experience of financial accounting in a similar role is an advantage.

You must also have excellent planning and organising skills, be autonomous, ability to multi-task, plan and prioritise work schedule and work within agreed timescales.
