We are looking for a talented individual with an eye for detail and an eagerness to be involved heavily in our Cost Cap Reporting to the FIA
Finance Assistant – The Role
You will be responsible for:
- Determining usage of parts for our stock declaration and building a strong audit trail for all parts.
- Involvement in Internal audit checks of Inventories
- Collaborative involvement in stock improvement processes
- Involvement in Cost Cap Reporting checks over Inventory and other key declarations
- Closing of works orders
- Assistance with timesheet data collation and analysis
- Adhoc purchase ledger assistance
Finance Assistant – The Person
Ideally we are looking for an individual with accounts knowledge, highly competent with Excel. We are looking for someone who can work well independently as well as in a team and flexibility is key.
