The HBCU Career Catch is an invite-only virtual opportunity tailored to HBCU juniors, seniors, and recent graduates. Attendees will learn about the many career paths within the sports industry. Throughout the event, participants will have the chance to engage with the Washington Commanders' staff through a series of panel discussions and workshops.

Invitations for participation will be distributed in April. Following the event, select participants may receive invitations for interviews with Washington Commanders hiring managers.

Requirements:

Must be a student or recent graduate
Must be able to attend the virtual session on April 18th from 9am - 1pm
Must have a general interest in pursuing a career in sports
