We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Office Manager. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining a productive and efficient work environment by overseeing various office operations. This role requires a proactive approach, excellent communication skills, and the ability to multitask effectively.

Responsibilities:

1. Supply Management:
- Order, Stock and maintain office cabinets with snacks, beverages, and other supplies.
- Ensure a sufficient inventory of office essentials.

2. Communication and Front Desk:
- Answer and manage incoming phone calls, directing inquiries to the appropriate personnel.
- Greet visitors, clients, and employees with a professional and friendly demeanor.
-Managing office communications/announcments via intranet and onsite TV's.

3. Logistics and Mail Services:
- Coordinate courier services and manage the timely delivery of mail and packages between multiple office locations.
- Track and distribute incoming mail, packages, and shipments.

4. Security and Safety:
- Develop and implement security protocols and procedures to ensure the safety of employees and company assets.
- Act as the primary point of contact for any security-related concerns or emergencies.

5. Building Property Management:
- Collaborate with the building property manager to address facility-related issues promptly.
- Coordinate maintenance tasks and repairs as needed.

6. Administrative Support:

- Provide administrative support to various departments as required.
- Assist in scheduling meetings, booking conference rooms, and organizing onsite company events.

7. Office Management
- Manage budget for Office Services.

Qualifications:
1. Experience:
- Proven experience in office management or a related role.
- Familiarity with supply management, mail services, and security procedures.

2. Communication Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to interact professionally with employees, visitors, and external contacts.

3. Organization and Time Management:
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently.
- Capability to handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously.

4. Problem-Solving:
- Proactive problem-solving skills with the ability to address issues promptly and effectively.

5. Tech Savvy:
- Proficient in using office software (e.g., Microsoft Office suite).
- Comfortable learning and using new technologies and software.
