Overview:
The Vegas Golden Knights franchise is the first major professional sports team in the history of Las Vegas and the state of Nevada and are entering their 8th season in the National Hockey League. The franchise is seeking the best and brightest candidates to join its business team on gamedays. We are currently seeking candidates for the role of Gameday Ambassador, Ticketing and Membership Services.

Ticketing and Membership Service Gameday Ambassador will assist the Sales and Service team in creating a memorable experience for our season ticket members and fans on gamedays. In-office work may also be requested from staff. This position will report to the Sales and the Service team at all 45 home games at T-Mobile Arena and additional member events. This is a paid part-time, seasonal position that does not include benefits and pays $15/hour.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Assist Sales and Service team with staffing various locations throughout T-Mobile Arena
  • Assist with set up and breakdown of gameday furniture (furniture may weigh up to fifty pounds)
  • Provide additional support to Sales and Service team during all 45 home games
  • Ensure Premium locations are in order and only those with access are entering premium lounges
  • Proactively provide excellent customer service to all guests and enhance their experience
  • Understand and enforce T-Mobile Arena’s Code of Conduct for all guests
  • Assist with ticketing and member events as needed, outside of normal game day responsibilities
  • Assist with in-office work when necessary, including data input, creative briefs, email communication and reporting


Skills and Qualifications:

  • Previous customer service experience
  • Professional in appearance, actions, and words at all times
  • Energetic, outgoing personality
  • Face-to-face problem resolution skills under pressure situations
  • Ability to work independently, efficiently, and in a team environment
  • Ability to observe areas where help is needed and assist immediately


Requirements:

  • Work all home games during the 2024-25 Golden Knights season, and other team events throughout the year
  • Ability to be punctual and work when needed
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to exhibit an approachable, professional attitude at all times
