The Role and What You’ll Do:

This position directs, coordinates and plans the warehouse storage and distribution of the products and materials for Consumer Products. It also supervises the activities of employees, engages in shipping, receiving, storing and testing materials and products. The Warehouse Manager is responsible for safety development, along with implementing security and safety programs. This position issues job assignments and reviews work orders, invoices, confirms reports and monitors the distribution of materials or products. It also maintains safe and efficient warehouse conditions including overseeing the equipment and vehicle fleets and orders any replacements or maintenance, when needed.

  • Supervises warehouse staff in the shipping and receiving of goods.
  • Administers and schedules any receiving of truck load goods and manages daily small carrier receipts and shipments.
  • Works effectively with the Event Operations department to make certain necessary event related items are on site on time at an event.
  • Ships wholesale orders to retailers, while maintaining retailer routing guide standards.
  • Ships ecommerce orders in a timely manner and reports back shipment information to web partners.
  • Responsible for overall organization and inventory accuracy of the warehouse.
  • Communicates with the Warehouse manager regarding warehouse equipment (forklift, pallet jacks, ladders, etc.) and any necessary maintenance and repairs.
  • Manages transportation of Consumer Products leaving the warehouse via bill of ladings.
  • Coordinates and ensures that all paperwork related to inventory or orders is provided to CP Director for processing.
  • Works with CP Director to schedule cycle counts and physical inventories.
  • Manages and is responsible for Priority orders/tasks from receipt to delivery.
  • Other tasks, projects, and responsibilities as assigned.

You Have These:

  • 5 years experience in manufacturing/warehousing.
  • Ability to plan, organize, and effectively schedule the shipments of merchandise for multiple live events and tradeshows.
  • Ability to communicate effectively, orally and in writing.
  • Ability to maintain discretion and confidential information.
  • Warehouse and operations management abilities.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook and the ability to learn other basic computer programs.
  • Experience and knowledge of the packing and shipping of FedEx, DHL, UPS and/or USPS packages, as well as palletized load items.
  • Forklift experience and ability to achieve and maintain certification.
