JOB SUMMARY: The CRM & Analytics Coordinator is responsible for supporting the CRM & Analytics Manager with overseeing all activity in Salesforce for the Texas Rangers. Responsibilities will vary but will focus on supporting the day-to-day administration of the Salesforce platform across six departments.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF POSITION INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO THE FOLLOWING:
Assist with the administration of the Texas Rangers Salesforce platform including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, CPQ
Assist with projects as directed by the CRM & Analytics Manager
Perform data hygiene tasks in Salesforce
Support end users of Salesforce across multiple departments
Assist with Lead generation, assignment, and management through Salesforce
Assist with training for all Salesforce end users across multiple departments
Maintain and generate reports and dashboards in Salesforce
Assist with maintaining integrations between Salesforce and other platforms such as Tableau, ProVenue, Alteryx, Zoominfo
Assist with designing, developing, and implementing enhancements to Salesforce as needed
All other duties as assigned
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor’s degree required
Knowledge and familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM platforms, direct experience with Salesforce administration preferred
Experience with large data sets of sensitive information is a plus
Self-motivated and able to complete tasks independently with minimal direction or instruction
Strong presentation and communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Excel
