ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF POSITION INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO THE FOLLOWING:
Answer and respond to incoming phone calls from season ticket holders, ticket purchasers and guest complaints
Lead support for fans using MLB Ballpark App
Assist Box Office and Phone Room Managers with day-to-day operations
Assist guests by resolving ticket purchase errors
Secure payment for ticket sales and process distribution of tickets
Process and execute game tickets requests
Box Office and Phone support for non-baseball related events held at Globe Life Field
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Passion to work in the Sports Industry
Must be able to work well with a diverse group of peers
Ability to handle multiple tasks and pay attention to detail
Ability to handle a fast-paced environment
Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
Willingness to work weekends, games, events, and some holidays
Basic math and computer skills
Must be available and willing to work throughout the 2024 Season from February through October
