Are you a highly organized person passionate about photography and storytelling? The Tennessee Titans are seeking a talented and creative storyteller to deliver dynamic and captivating photography of various sporting events and other special events. As a sports and event photographer, you will be responsible for capturing moments that tell a story and capture the excitement and energy of the moment. You will work closely with the Photography team, event organizers, and other stakeholders to ensure that all important moments are captured and documented with on-time delivery aligned with Tennessee Titans brand and photography style guidelines.
The Seasonal Photographer will work with the photography team in the areas of storytelling, event coverage, and digital asset management. The candidate will assist with the processes and workflows and prepare digital content with rigorous attention to detail through metadata creation and quality control. This is a seasonal position beginning in August and will conclude at the end of the Tennessee Titans 2024-25 NFL season.
Responsibilities:
- Create compelling and visually striking images that tell a story to capture the emotion/excitement of every event
- Shoot, edit, and process photos to ensure that they meet Tennessee Titans brand standards and are ready for distribution in a timely manner
- Work as part of the photography team for Tennessee Titans home games as well as other Titans or Nissan Stadium related events
- Highly involved in the daily maintenance of the Digital Asset Management (DAM) System (Photoshelter), including tagging metadata and archiving
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma required. Bachelor’s degree in Photography, Fine Arts or related field preferred.
- 2+ years of still photography and post processing
- Experience with digital asset management. (Experience with Photoshelter a plus)
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required by event schedules
- Experience with Adobe Lightroom, Adobe Photoshop and Mac operating systems
- Experience with Photomechanic software or a desire to learn
- Thrives in a collaborative and process driven environment
