Ticket Operations Specialist (Part-Time)

The Ticket Operations Specialist will assist in the day-to-day Ticket Operations of the Tennessee Titans and Nissan Stadium, with an emphasis on stadium event prep and customer service for all major stadium events. This is a part-time position that will be limited to on average, 29 hours per week and paid at the rate of $18 per hour
Responsibilities:
- Assist with event day setup and box office organization.
- Event day lead, assisting with mobile ticketing, gate entry and ticket windows.
- Assist ticketing team with Ticket Office inbox and answering stadium events line for general questions.
- Assist on distribution of internal and promoter tickets for non-Titans events.
- Other event related duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Availability to work all Titans home games and large stadium events. This includes nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Experience with ticketing and CRM software preferred.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
- Strong work ethic, team-oriented attitude, and enthusiastic about contributing to the success of the organization and department.
