We are looking for an individual with elite sporting operations experience and excellent organisation skills to join our team as a Men’s First Team Operations Officer. In this diverse role, you will provide comprehensive, confidential, high quality and efficient operational support.

Who are we looking for?
To be successful in this role, you will have a proven track record of delivering a variety of administration tasks effectively within an elite sporting operations environment and have knowledge of Safeguarding practices for working with children or adults at risk. With your excellent organisational and prioritisation skills, you can adjust to a very ad hoc unstructured work pattern and be comfortable working in a changing work environment. You will have strong skills in IT, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook together with excellent attention to detail. You will have excellent language skills; ideally you will be proficient in an additional modern foreign language to English.
As a proactive individual, you have the confidence to work independently on your own as well as being a strong team player with a flexible approach to work with regards to both duties, days and hours. You will be able to travel both domestic and internationally with frequent nights away from home sometimes for extended periods.
Due to the nature of this role, you will also hold a full UK Driving licence.
