We have an exciting opportunity for an individual to join our Liverpool FC team as a Senior Executive, Partnership Operations. As an integral part of the Partnership Operations team, the Senior Executive will support Manager on operational tasks relating to partnership asset delivery, with a particular focus on event management.
What will you be doing?
Who are we looking for?
To be successful in this role, you will have a proven track record in a Partnerships or Events role. This is a partner-facing role, so you will be comfortable dealing with external clients of a C-Suite level. You will have knowledge of ticketing and hospitality as well as an understanding of the commercial sports landscape. You’ll have experience of managing budgets and driving efficiencies. You will be highly competent in using Microsoft Office Suite with experience of using ticketing systems. You will have experience working accurately in a fast-paced environment, meeting tight deadlines and prioritising tasks effectively. You’ll have experience handling confidential and sensitive information in a discrete manner. You will be comfortable working autonomously, showing initiative and proactivity.
With your exceptional written and verbal communication skills, you’ll have the confidence to deal with people at all levels, both internally and externally. You will be adaptable and adept at finding ways to overcome obstacles to deliver what is required. You will possess a positive, ‘can-do’ attitude and work to exceed expectations. Preferably, you’ll be degree educated but this is not essential.
Why should you apply?
This is a full-time permanent role working 35 hours per week. Due to the nature of this role, you will occasionally be required to work weekends. Your main base will be our Liverpool Head Office which is close to local bars, shops and restaurants and has great views over the river Mersey, with the opportunity to work on a hybrid basis. You may be required to travel, sometimes at short notice depending on business demands.
To reward your hard work and commitment we offer a competitive salary, 25 days holiday (plus 8 bank holidays and the option to purchase up to an additional 5 days) and a contributory pension scheme.
You will have access to our benefits kit bag where you can get high street discounts, and a selection of benefit schemes you can join. There are opportunities to get involved with volunteering through our LFC Foundation to give back to the local community.
